NO PLEDGE NECESSARY. Pledging does not increase the chances of winning. Void where prohibited. Open only to legal residents of the 50 states of the U.S. (including the District of Columbia) and Canada, 18 or older. All sweepstakes begin at 9:00 AM EST on 02/10/2011. Deadlines for entry for each sweepstakes vary as specified below. A pledge in any amount within these deadlines results in an automatic entry. All WBUR sustainers are automatically entered. All times referenced are Eastern Time. To enter the sweepstakes without a pledge send a 3×5 card with full name, address, phone number, and email address to WBUR, c/o SWEEPSTAKES. One entry per person. All entries must be complete to be eligible. This sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. By entering sweepstakes, entrant consents to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Suffolk County, Massachusetts for resolution of all disputes. Winner(s) will be selected in a random drawing approximately one month after the end of the fundraiser. Once submitted, entries become the sole property of WBUR and will not be returned. Winners will be notified by phone, mail and/or email. If potential winner(s) cannot be reached after 10 days from first notification attempt, or if an entrant is found to be ineligible, or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, such prize will be forfeited. Entrants need not be present to win. In the event the winner declines the prize, another winner will be selected. In the event the second winner declines the prize, the prize may be designated for another sweepstakes or fundraising auction. Persons affiliated with The WBUR Group/Boston University are ineligible to win. Winner may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and a receipt.
